We ship all orders from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.

Australia: 1–7 business days, depending on how close you are to QLD.

New Zealand: 3–5 business days.

Pacific Islands: 6–18 days (depending on the island).

International: We also ship to the USA, UK, Lebanon, South Africa, Japan, and France. Orders typically arrive in 4–15 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

We don’t make huge quantities of each design — and that’s intentional.

We want every customer to feel like they’ve got something exclusive, not something you’ll see on everyone else.

It’s about keeping things unique and not overdoing it.

Yes — our standard country and cultural hats get restocked every 2-3 months.

But our limited edition drops? Once they’re gone, that’s it.

We want collectors and supporters to feel like they’ve got something truly special.

Most of our hats are one size fits all with adjustable straps on the back.

However, our Bucket Hats come in two sizes:

Medium: fits 90% of people

XL: for bigger heads or looser fits

The good news? They’re adjustable either way — even XL can be tightened for a cozy fit. It’s pretty hard to go wrong.

Simple: if you’re not feeling the fit, colour, or design — we’ve got you.

We offer hassle-free returns and refunds for any reason. Just email us and we’ll sort it out.

The only thing we ask is that you cover the return shipping cost.
