At League Lids, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.
1. Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

With all tags and packaging included

To start a return, contact us at hello@leaguelids.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Products returned used, damaged, or not in original condition

Items lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

3. Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the issue so we can review and resolve quickly.

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take chargebacks very seriously. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy.

Customers must give us the opportunity to resolve any issue through our returns process before filing a dispute.

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to restrict or block future purchases.
5. Bulk/Team Orders & Custom Hats

Custom hats and bulk team orders (25+ units) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

Please check size, colour, and design details carefully before confirming your order.
6. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in return transit.
