Terms of Service

Welcome to League Lids. These terms govern your use of leaguelids.com and any purchase you make from League Lids Limited, a New Zealand company ("League Lids", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products, pricing and availability

  • Our base prices are set in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Depending on your location, prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency (for example AUD) at the rate shown at checkout.
  • Some products are released in limited drops and may sell out. Some products (for example customised jerseys) are made to order especially for you.
  • We do our best to display colours and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences are not a fault.
  • We may correct pricing or listing errors, and may refuse or cancel an order affected by such an error (with a full refund).

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase which we accept when we send your order confirmation. You can cancel or edit your order yourself within 30 minutes of placing it using the link on your order status page. After that, contact us as soon as possible and we will help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centres. Delivery estimates, rates and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and occasional carrier or customs delays are outside our control. International orders may attract customs duties or taxes payable by the recipient.

Returns and refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. We accept returns in accordance with our Refund Policy, including change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Personalised and made-to-order items (such as customised jerseys, custom hats and bulk custom orders) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or, for Australian customers, the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty you are entitled to the remedies those laws provide.

Custom and bulk orders

Custom team and bulk orders are quoted individually and may be subject to additional terms (including minimum quantities, artwork approval and production timelines) agreed before production begins.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our designs, artwork, product names, images and branding — is owned by or licensed to League Lids Limited and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Our cultural designs are created with respect for the cultures they celebrate; they may not be reused or reproduced.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate order information, not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content or services for any unlawful purpose. Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and may be limited or withdrawn.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit the consumer rights described above.

General

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
