At League Lids, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please read below for details on how we handle shipping.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • During busy periods (new drops, restocks, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in Queensland, Australia. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days

  • New Zealand: 3–10 business days

  • Pacific Islands: 5–15 business days

  • USA, UK, Europe, Asia: 7–20 business days

  • Other countries: 10–25 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or local delivery services.

3. Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes once the shipment reaches their country.

  • League Lids is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees will apply.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@leaguelids.com and we’ll assist in locating your package.

  • League Lids is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.

  • For higher-value orders, we may require signature on delivery for extra security.

7. Pre-Orders & Restocks

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the stock has arrived.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.
